We deliver to: Mainland UK, the European Union (EU) which includes: Ireland, Germany, France, Greece, Italy & Spain, Europe and the rest of the world (international). For shipping costs please see below.

* Shipping into all territories and geographical locations is entirely at our discretion and we have the right to cancel any order(s) if the destination or shipping conditions do not meet our criteria.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter postage as our chosen delivery service for orders to be delivered within the UK. Delivery can usually be expected within 1-3 days although 2nd class post can actually take up to 10 days according to Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive before contacting us with a query. Parcel tracking is unavailable for this service. For bulk or trade orders, we may use a different Royal Mail service or a courier at our discretion, however, the applicable shipping costs will be negotiated separately. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day that the order is received providing that the goods are in stock. The cut off time for processing orders is usually around 2pm so, if your order is received after this time, we will aim to ship it the following working day. Occasionally, there may be order processing or shipping delays for reasons beyond our control and it could be up to 5 working days before we can ship your order. This is often the case during busy periods or during the peak holiday seasons. If we are unable to ship your order within this 5 day timescale, we will notify you via email.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive before contacting us with a query. Parcel tracking is unavailable for this service. For bulk or trade orders, we may use a different Royal Mail service or a courier at our discretion, however, the applicable shipping costs will be negotiated separately. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day that the order is received providing that the goods are in stock. PLEASE NOTE: As the UK is no longer a member of the EU, import duties and / or taxes may need to be paid prior to customs in your specific country releasing the goods or before your local mail service is able to make the delivery. It is important to factor these costs into your purchase before placing an order.

If you order between 1-5 sets of valve caps, the cost will be:-

Mainland UK: £1.95

European Union (EU) / Europe: £3.95

International (Rest Of World): £4.95

For larger orders, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. This will be based upon the entire weight and value of the contents in your shopping basket and will be shown as a separate cost on your order.

At present, we do not offer any expedited or tracked shipping services for online orders as standard. However, for larger / bulk orders, the shipping terms will be negotiated separately. If an expedited or more secure method of shipping is required, please contact us as we can arrange this upon request. 

We will obtain a postage receipt for all shipments so that we can claim against the Royal Mail for a missing parcel if necessary. In such circumstances it is likely that we will either refund or replace your order, whichever you prefer, and we will ask you to fill out a ‘non-receipt’ disclaimer in order to process your claim.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timescale, please wait until the specified number of days have elapsed (as detailed above) to allow for any Royal Mail or customs delays before contacting us. If your parcel has not arrived once this period has elapsed, please contact us using our contact form in the first instance.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order or you have ordered the incorrect item(s) by mistake, we operate a 14 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy and will provide a full refund providing that the products are unopened, complete, unused and sealed in their original packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and is not applicable to any claim made under our individual product guarantee.

In the first instance, please get in touch via our contact form and we’ll respond with further instructions on how to return the goods.

Once the item(s) are received back into our warehouse within the appropriate timescale, we will carry out a thorough inspection of the goods and, providing that our returns criteria is met (see above), we will issue a refund via the same method that was used to make payment (credit / debit card or PayPal). This refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the goods but may take a little longer to appear on your statement due to banking limitations. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item(s) are either damaged or incorrect and remains liable for the goods until they are back in our possession. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
